- Cancellation by Zippy Trips: We reserve the right to cancel the trip if we don’t reach the minimum number of travellers for the trip/trek. In such cases, we offer:
- Full refund or
- Switch to another trip/trek scheduled for the same weekend or future weekends. The price difference will be adjusted based on the new trip/trek cost.
- Cancellation by Traveller for Weekend trips:
- 75% refund shall be done if you inform us about your cancellation before 7 days of the event start time.
- 50% refund shall be done if you inform us about your cancellation before 48 hours of the event start time.
- No refunds or postponements will be granted within 48 hours of the event start time, regardless of the reason (such as health issues, accidents, COVID-related concerns, family emergencies, work conflicts, or any other circumstance).
- There will be no refunds or postponements for partial payments, specifically the booking fee paid to reserve your slot.
- Refunds are not available during or after the event.
- Cancellation due to external factors:
Zippy Trips reserves the right to cancel the event due to uncontrollable external factors, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, red alerts, political disturbances, strikes/curfews, local issues, road closures, train cancellations, pandemics, or other disease outbreaks.
Under these circumstances:- No Refunds are permitted.
- The full trip amount can be applied towards any new trip scheduled for the same weekend or future weekends (up to 1 month). The difference in cost will be either collected from you or refunded based on the new trip's expenses. Once you confirm your participation in the new trip, all cancellations as mentioned above policies will apply accordingly.
