Policy Details
Eligibility for Refund:
- A partial refund will be issued if a destination or attraction listed in the final confirmed itinerary is missed due to a mistake made by Zippy Trips.
- To be eligible for a refund, the missed destination or attraction must be clearly stated in the original tour itinerary provided to the customer before the tour began.
Process for Claiming a Refund:
- Customers must notify Zippy Trips of the missed destination or attraction within 7 days of completing the tour.
- Notifications should be submitted in writing via email to contact@zippytrips.in including the tour booking reference number and a detailed description of the issue.
- The company will review the claim and verify the details of the missed destination or attraction.
Refund Calculation:
- The partial refund amount will be determined based on the value of the missed destination or attraction relative to the total cost of the tour.
Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be issued for missed destinations or attractions caused by factors beyond the company’s control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
- Refunds will not be provided if the missed destination or attraction was omitted or altered by the customer’s request or preference.
Refund Processing Time:
- Once the claim is approved, the partial refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the booking.
Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes or disagreements regarding the partial refund decision should be submitted to Zippy Trips by email.
- The company will review and respond to the dispute within 10 business days.
