Terms & Conditions

Booking and Confirmation:

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment before starting the trip.

Confirmation of participation is subject to availability.

Payment Policy:

Payments are due as per the specified schedule or upon booking confirmation.

Failure to adhere to payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Tour Itinerary and Modifications:

The company reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond its control.

Participants may not unilaterally alter the tour itinerary without company approval.

Participant Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, and insurance, and complying with health and safety regulations.

Any costs incurred due to non-compliance are the participant's responsibility.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.

The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

Health and Safety:

Participants must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements that may affect their participation in the tour.

The company may refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit due to health or safety concerns.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Liability and Indemnity:

The company is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred during the tour, except where negligence is proven.

Participants agree to indemnify the company against any claims arising from their actions during the tour.

Force Majeure:

The company is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic, or government actions.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as per company policy.

Miscellaneous:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the company, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Alcohol and Smoking Policy

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety concerns. Our tours involve physically demanding activities such as trekking, and camping at high altitudes, and we recommend that you be in the right shape to make the most of them.

Absolutely No littering during our travels. We swear to protect our environment.

Participants are advised to carefully review and understand these terms and conditions before booking a tour with the company.
